Pre-admission Process

For admission into any of our program, the parents need to VISIT our pre-school office personally after taking the appointment on 8000-20-8288 or 7878-60-8288.

The admission process in ONEWORLD JUNIOR SCHOOL begins with counselling, understanding of views & philosophy of both parents of the child along with observation of the child’s overall preparedness for pre-schooling session.

Thereafter, on mutual agreement of both, the parents & the school, ADMISSION FORM is issued to the parents, which then needs to be submitted with correct & duly complete data along with all the required documents.

In-Complete / In-Accurate admission forms are subject to refusal & the admission process stands cancelled. The admission process then completes on the receipt of the prescribed initial fee and making the digital entry of the admission form into our School’s ERP software for generating child’s GR number.

“Admissions Full” Status

Admissions to any program at OneWorld Junior School remain OPEN ONLY until its full seating capacity is not achieved. Once the admissions as per the pre-defined class-capacity are done, we stop issuing the ADMISSION forms to the inquiring parents.

PlayGroup Admission Criteria

Playschool Admission is granted on the basis of the following criteria

  1. Child should be of age 2+ years / minimum 24 months completed.
  2. First come; first serve basis only.

For other programs including NURSERY, Jr. KG & Sr. KG, the below age criteria is strictly followed:

Program Name Age Criteria
Nursery 03 Years completed as on 31 May of the respective admission year.
Junior KG 04 Years completed as on 31 May of the respective admission year.
Senior KG 05 Years completed as on 31 May of the respective admission year.
Mandatory documents
  1. Birth Certificate as a proof of age from a civic body is required at the time of registration.
  2. Health Fitness Certificate of the child duly certified by a registered Doctor (not older than 01 month of its issue date)
  3. Photo-copy of Aadhar Card of the child as well as both parents (front & back)
  4. Four recent passport-sized photographs of the child
  5. Two recent passport-sized photographs of both parents each
  6. Previous Academic Year’s Assessment Report in case of new admission in Jr. KG & Sr. KG.
  7. Bonafide Certificate from the Previous Pre-School in case of new admission in Jr. KG & Sr. KG
